Have a great ramen at Butao! I got the Red King Ramen with additional nori, whole egg and gyoza. Let start with gyoza first, the gyoza skin is thin layered and cooked to perfection. The red king ramen is rich and have an ebi taste. The egg were also cook to perfection. A must eat when you’re in the area.

DO NOT MISS I lived in Hong Kong for 9 years. I left three years ago. I still dream with their ramen. If you are in this city you CANT MISS THIS ONE. I have been plenty of times in Japan, tired the original most authentic ramen you can imagine. And this place is by far on my top three BEST IN THE WORLD for ramen. You will be missing out if you don’t try them. The green one has always been my favorite. Although sometimes I tried the seasonal one. But at the end… green ramen is the BOMB!!!! 🤯😱😍

Solid as always. I liked the original tonkotsu soup base the best, and would have drunk it all if I weren't so full. The Green special (basil+parmesan cheese) is quite good as well, it's a harmonious mix of pesto sauce + pork soup base. Noodles doneness and thickness compliments the thick soup base. Pork is very tender and porky. Too bad their eggs were sold out. Overall, very satisfying!
