Tsing Yi, Hong Kong｜Umegaoka Sushi No Midori Souhonten

Unexpected harvest, a restaurant specializing in sushi. I wanted to have a casual dinner, but I didn't expect the ingredients to be fresh, the dishes to be fine, and the praise! There are no Japanese noodles and tempura on the menu, but they specialize in making 🍣sushi, especially the ark shell and geoduck, which are sweet and crisp, and the miso soup is delicious😄

Great sushi and good value during lunch hour (until 5pm actually). Fish are fresh and presentation is not bad.
