Kowloon City, Hong Kong｜Rings Coffee

Very busy cafe in Kowloon City with good food, great service and really great coffee. There was a small line for seats when I went but the staff were well organised and the wait was not long at all. Inside, the decor is well done with plenty of space between tables. If you are in the area, give this local cafe a go. Recommended.

As lunch rolled around, I found myself looking for a tasty egg Benedict meal. Finding myself in Dimond Hill I decided to take two stops over to Sung Wong Toi where many cafes are located. I found Rings Cafe outside exit B2. I ordered a Kojicha latte and the Salmon, avocado Egg Benedict. The latte was quite nice, a good temperature enjoy immediately on arrival. And quickly after, the Egg Benedict arrived. The eggs blended well with the avocado and toast. Surprisingly the toast came in the form of a toasted Bun as opposed to flat bread. A welcome change that changed the texture nicely. Definitely recommend a visit if you find yourself in the area.

I usually come for the avocado toast, which always presents in beautiful deco. It seems they upgraded the menu and now it also comes with a nice yogurt. The americano coffee has a slight fruity taste which I greatly appreciate.
