<A White Coffee Shop in San Po Kong> It seems that new coffee shops are blossoming in San Po Kong district recently, which is a nice trend to see, as we are all getting a bit tired of seeing new cafes and coffee shops opening every day in Sham Shui Po area. I really like the white muji style decoration of Until Coffee. The cup of Flat White was very enjoyable. What I liked most about this cup of coffee was actually the coffee cup, which does not have any handle! You have to put down your book or phone in your hand and hold the coffee cup with both of your hands to enjoy the coffee. I really love this little trick. And I appreciated the friendly owner who took her time to introduce different coffee beans and products at the sales corner. Would love to come back and buy some coffee beans when I finish mine at home!

Great cup of pour over coffee. Beans were fresh and my barista’s technique was great: 60g coffee in, 250g coffee out, flavorful but clean cup of coffee that’s not over extracted. Wish they served the coffee in a separately though.

Calming and cozy cafe with variety of food options! If you are not a coffee lover you can try their matcha. Friendly staff~
