Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong｜Bâtard

Had my birthday celebrated here. We had the tasting menu and all food were good. especially liked the chicken and the cold angelhair. Champagne was good too.

We ordered the test menu for $1280+10% and with some changes, the final price was $1480+10%. The concept of this restaurant is to let customers enjoy delicious food and a wide range of wines from different countries at retail prices. The signature dishes are all awesome. Cold Angel Hair al dente texture and the aroma of truffle oil is fragrant. The crab bag are made with fresh crab meat and the sauce is delicious. The skin of the roast chicken is very crispy and the chicken is tender. But the only drawback is that the waiter is not very clear in explaining each dish, but this is a staffing problem in many restaurants.
