The tuna meat is tender and melts in your mouth very easily, and it is a wonderful combination with this sauce. In addition to the tuna in sauce, there are also tuna paste and salmon roe in the bowl. It has a very good taste. The tuna paste has a dense texture. Add the store's homemade white vinegar jelly and add it to the rice to stir the sour fish rice. It’s really delicious on the tip of the tongue! Every time you take a bite, you can feel the tenderness and rich taste of the tuna, which makes you addicted to it. Halfway through the meal, there is a bottle of fish soup in a thin bottle that can be kept warm. You can add it to the rice by yourself, turning it into another way of eating tea pickled rice. The fish soup is fragrant and light, and it has been prepared for us early in the morning. Shredded seaweed, sesame seeds, and some crunch can be eaten with it. The suggestion of tea-pickled rice is really the icing on the cake. It is so comfortable to drink a bowl of hot soup and rice. It feels good to have two meals in one meal, and there are surprises. Wooden fish and eggplant Eggplant and dried bonito are cooked with some seasonings and sauces.
