Not sure why this place gets such low ratings? As someone who lives around the area and comes here often, the food has always been fresh and value for money. You don't get prices like these elsewhere in HK. The other day I bought an assorted sashimi rice takeaway and was so surprised to find out tht the sashimi portion is hugeeeeeee. Usually shops tend to fare badly in rice bowls like these.

When I first looked at the sign, I thought the Japanese cuisine would be on the expensive side, but when I got closer, I realized that there were many reasonably priced meals to choose from. I had the roasted pork with ginger sauce. The white rice was fragrant enough and the stickier short rice that I like. The meat slices were generous and a little thick but not thin. The onions at the bottom were also crisp, juicy and sweet. My husband chose the salmon oyakodon, which he also thought was delicious and high in cost. Miso soup is also included with the meal. It contains tofu and kelp and is delicious enough. I think it is a store with high value and delicious food. I will make you want to visit again next time if you are nearby.

The beef dishes here are delicious, whether served with rice or udon, sukiyaki, and burnt beef tongue, they are all very memorable.
