Sai Wan, Hong Kong｜KYO Japanese

This is one of my lovest Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong. I come to have lunch usually because the price is more reasonable. The suishi of this restaurant is wonderful. The chef use the different ingredient to let you have the best experience to each sushi. If you love sushi, this is a must-try restaurant.

Difficult to find. Few customers. But the fish is fresh and excellent. Best uni I ever had. Had the feeling of 包場 coz the only customers are my wife and me. We chose the 12 piece omakasi. Every piece is from Japan. Price is obviously on the expensive side. All sushi taste good. I think it is worthwhile, though others might disagree since it is almost $100 a piece. I suggest trying their lunch at half the price although the chef insists some pieces r different.

Lunch set is absolute must-try but remember to book first! Everything is yummy and service is great!
