I especially like their water octopus and halibut, both of which are tender and juicy with excellent texture. Also, I was very impressed with their sea urchin and sea urchin, these high-quality seafood bring a rich flavor of the sea. In addition to sashimi, the set menu includes 2 types of Japanese food. I tried their fried fish (wrapped in perilla leaves), which is a classic Japanese fried fish dish. The fish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with fragrant perilla leaves, it tastes delicious and special. Also, their tuna mackerel is delicious, tender fish with subtle ocean flavours. Sushi is one of the signature dishes of this restaurant and they have 6 types of sushi available. I especially recommend their Chehailao and Shimenbei sushi, the carhailao meat is sweet and tender, and the Shimenbei sushi is tender and juicy, every bite is a delight. Also, their Blackeye and Naked Sushi with Garlic Soy Sauce are excellent, with fresh fish and just the right mix of toppings. Lastly, I would like to mention their Purple Sea Urchin + White Sea Urchin from Sapporo. This dish combines two different kinds of sea urchins for a rich and luxurious taste. The umami and creamy texture of the sea urchin blooms in the mouth for a treat that is beyond compare. Overall, Sushi Rin in TST is an excellent Japanese restaurant that offers a wide variety of food options for a wide variety of tastes. Their sushi and sashimi are delicious and exquisite, and the cooking skills are superb.
