Central, Hong Kong｜Sushi Nakamoto

Got recommended this place, and was decent. The chefs were good and friendly, attentive as well. Vibes were nice, peaceful and quiet. Good service from the waitresses and waiter, topping up hot tea regularly. Sushi was good, but not mind blowing. Toro, uni, shrimp, eel, etc were all very good, and not bad for the price. The tamago though, waa out of this world. It felt like butter. I'd recommend this place just for that. Overall, good dining experience and can revisit.

Delicious! Like I went to Japan's typical omakase. Around hkd 1,750 per person, it's expensive but they are able to deliver Japanese local restaurant's quality. (around hkd 800 in Japan) We had the 1580 set, with 18 sushi and dessert, green tea. It is enough even for man. Service and environment is very good, and waitress translated each dishes for us with small explainations so that we could know what kind of fishes we were eating. If you want to be like Omakase without going Japan, 10/10 you should go.

Chef's choiced Sushi course will vary depending on the day's produce of sea food. High quality and good price. I liked the quiet space and the beautiful counter for tasting the Sushi.
