Central, Hong Kong｜Kakure

The food is awesome - high quality, freshly imported from Japan and well presented. In particular, the wagyu is only lightly tinted with grill but melt straight away in mouth. The cod is 'sweet' and 'delicate' - perfectly handled. Equally amazing are the strawberries and melon.

Updated 23 June 2019: One review which gave one star had been retracted. This place is a 5! Wow so I'm the third person to review this place and I just saw how polarizing the other two were. In my opinion unless you find a bug or hair in your foods, you don't give 1 star just because there are mistakes or you think the place is expensive. This place is a 5!! My experience was for teppanyaki only. Look at my photos and see how yummy the dishes were. And trust me they tasted better than they look. The decor was awesome. I felt like I was in Tokyo. The staffs were super nice and polite. We had teppanyaki set for two which included scallops, lobsters, and steaks. ***This place is NOT expensive*** You get what you pay for!!!

Had a phenomenal teppanyaki experience. Ivan really knows what he's doing, and watching him grill was like watching a masterpiece of art in motion.
