Mindblowing omakase edomae sushi on the 45th floor of Four Seasons HK. How can food be this simple and out of this world delicious? Paired our course with two carafes of sake (more than enough). The course will take roughly an hour to complete. The chef will serve you at a relentless pace yet still give you ample time to savour the exquisite flavours of the sea. Super fresh ingredients and a great chef! I especially loved the uni that just melts in your mouth in a creamy, delicious burst of flavour! All the dishes were incredibly well seasoned with just the right amount of sauce/wasabi, really impressed!

Amazing sushi!! All the seafood and top quality ingredients are selected by the sushi master and sent to HK from Japan. Everything from the texture, temperature and flavors were done in perfection and great balance, elegant, authentic and precise.
