Central, Hong Kong｜Sushi Sase

an exquisite sushi omakase dinner that brings you back to Japan

Came here for lunch and the food was great. Fish were seasonal and fresh. We were served by the only Japanese sushi chef there that day and he was skillful and friendly. The decor and smell of the place reminds me of a traditional sushi restaurant in Tokyo. It's got a great Japanese vibe if you want a get-away to Japan for just a couple of hours.

Excellent food though a bit pricey. Omakase lunch was 1700. Mini Omakase was 1000ish. We had one of each and shared the bits that were different. Yum, uni sushi is my favourite but everything is pretty good.
