There were many diners queuing up in the evening. I ordered noodles, and after waiting for about 30 minutes, I finally got to try the authenticity of the ramen. I ordered a ramen in thick soup. The soup has a chicken flavor and is delicious, the noodles are springy and delicious, the char siu has a texture, and some parts have an instant feeling. One bad comment is the grapefruit cabbage, which is frozen and not enough grapefruit flavor, the dish is also a bit bitter, and the portion is small, not worth $28 at all. Today (14/5/17) I came to eat ramen for the second time. I ordered the ramen in salty soup and added a little pepper to the ramen. , It’s really delicious; this time I didn’t order snacks, so I personally gave this place 5 stars this time, which is not at all bad as others have said.
