Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Takano Ramen (K11 MUSEA)

It was famous for its duck broth ramen, but I love their crab soup tsukemen so much that I order it every time even though I am allergic to crab shell. The deep fried oyster is also nice.

Have been to this place multiple times for the premium crab tsukemen ramen! I like how the broth is kept at optimal temperature by the mini candle underneath. After you finish the noodle, you can actually ask for additional broth to be added so you can drink it as soup. (Although I never tried as it seems too oily for my liking) The Chashu and duck tsukemen is too good but the chashu tend to be on the fatty side.
