Quarry Bay, Hong Kong｜Hokkaidon

We went Hokkaidon for dinner at 18:15 on last Saturday while there was 50% occupied at the moment. We found there is a great deal for member coz some items are one price for two. Since the weather was so cold and we ordered a A5 wagyu shabu shabu & eel don set, an udon set and 3.6 milkshake in melon flavour. They served the food frequently. The food quality was good especially for the A5 wagyu. The taste was so rich. The wagyu was definitely not oily as my expectation, it was fresh and crispy. I paid my bill at around 19:15 while there was a queue for the table. You are suggested to make reservation in advance during weekend.

A bit pricey, yet the food quality is superb. We love the Salmon roe bowl a lot and the surprise that come with it :). The ordinary raw fish bowl is of good quality in term of its price, and its portion is generous. We also love the design of the restaurant, neat lovely menu and Japanese bowl, service is also great. Overall a great experience.

The seafood rice bowls are on a par with those found in Japan. Price is on the expensive side but I still think it worths the money. Come here to have a treat for yourself once in a while.
