Wan Chai, Hong Kong｜Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba (Wan Chai)

I am glad no more long queue for this restaurant when I come at non-peak lunch hour. I have been to here twice within a week and it has become one of my favorite lunch spots in Wan Chai now. I tried the Yuzu Chicken noodles two times and I love it. Would like to try other flavor next time! The chicken skin dumpling is very good as well!

Ordered the Niku and Mentaiko Mazesoba. You definitely need to add some vinegar to give it a bit of tanginess. I personally prefer the Niku over Mentaiko Mazesoba. The slow braised charsiu is amazing! I think the portion for the regular size is good enough since before you finish the meal, the staff will come and ask if you wanted some rice to finish the meal.

This shop is specialised in Mazesoba. They live up the reputation of the originality from Japan. Noodle is fresh and tangy. Their chicken ramen is worth trying as well.
