Udon restaurant. You can choose your Udon from pure Udon noodle with soy sauce, udon topped with half boiled egg and even mara spicy udon and many more. After ordering udon, you can pick up more side dishes for your appetite as like vege fries, fish cake bar, fried chicken, and sushi. Pay for what you pick up on your plate and find your seat. No one show you your seat. Udon noodle is very sleek and chewy. They make this noodle at site. All side dishes were well made and delicious. Don't forget to return your empty tray after enjoyed the meal.

Great Japanese udon. Love the chewy texture of the thick udon. The tempura were freshly made and not oily. But the soup base was a bit too salty.

Had the Marukame Udon equivalent in Waikiki, Honolulu and had to try the HK one. Unlike Waikiki, this restaurant was pretty dead (Waikiki one would have super long lines at all times of the day). I got the Spicy Pork Miso Udon and cold Udon and it was delicious , must be super underrated here in HK. Super affordable as well. The fried side dishes are only worth it if youre craving. For the most part it's prob been sitting out for a while though
