Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜海 三碗麵

Located in the bustling Tsim Sha Tsui area, "海．三碗麵" is a small restaurant that specializes in noodles and burgers. Despite its limited menu, the quality of their dishes is exceptional. As the name suggests, the restaurant offers only three types of noodles: the Sea Prawn Wonton Noodle Soup, the Jinhua Ham and Chicken Noodle Soup, and the Beef Ribs and Tomato Noodle Soup. In addition, they also serve a Wagyu Beef Burger. During our visit, we opted for the Sea Prawn Wonton Noodle Soup and the Beef Ribs and Tomato Noodle Soup. Both of the noodle soups had rich and savory broths that were simply delicious. The noodles were perfectly cooked and absorbed the flavors of the soup beautifully. To our surprise, each bowl of noodles came with a side of Roast Beef, which was cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior and a tender interior. The beef was seasoned with black pepper, which complemented the flavors of the noodles really well. Despite being a small establishment that can only accommodate six customers at a time, "海．三碗麵" is a one-man show, with the owner serving as both the chef and the waiter. The owner was very polite and attentive, making sure that we were comfortable and satisfied with our meal. In conclusion, "海．三碗麵" is definitely worth a visit for anyone who loves noodles. The limited menu ensures that each dish is prepared with utmost care and attention. Don't let the size of the restaurant fool you - the quality of the food is top-notch, and the owner's hospitality makes for a memorable dining experience.

Overall experience amazing! The owner was super nice and generous for opening an hour after it was supposed to. The broth, noodles and marinated beef was exceptional and excellent. It is his own business and loves to get to know his customers. I tried all three of the soup base as i was with my family and we all got different ones and all three were delicious. Price is super low for what you get!! Do try if you’re near the area! I would go back in a heartbeat!

My first visit to this future Michelin Star noddle outlet in Kimberley Street, Tsim Sha Tsui. The noodle was delicious but most astonishing was the Chef, the Server, the Cashier and the Bus-boy was the same person. Amazing entrepreneurship!
