Tin Hau, Hong Kong｜Yaqut’s Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Beef Noodles

Finally found this restaurant that I have been longing for. The chef makes ramen on site. A bowl of traditional beef ramen costs RMB 68. Quite authentic Lanzhou noodles. All the noodles were hand pulled which is difficult to find in HK. The broth was clear and not overly salty. We enjoyed the lamb skewers as well. Star was deducted because it's toilet, which could be only accessed by walking through the their kitchen.

Walked past this place many times and decided to give it a go and was pleasantly surprised. Had the Lanzhou beef noodles, medium spicy and regular thin noodles as well as side of cucumber and the mushrooms. This lunch set was 94 hkd. Overall broth was light and wasn’t that spicy.
