Hung Hom, Hong Kong｜Ima Coffee

Ima coffee is famous for the pistachio soft cheesecake cake as well as their limited seating in the shop. The cheesecake is silky and soft, pairs well with the crunchy biscuit base. The pistachio flavours is intense though sometimes the taste of butter from the biscuit may take over. There are also so many choices of cookies. I chose black sesame biscuit, and the shop assistants will reheat it. There is molten sesame jam in the centre and some chopped walnuts. Overall, it is not too sweet and buttery, making it less greasy than an American cookies. The cold brew is a bit pricy, but the taste is quite special. The beans are dark roasted, giving it a whiskey-like taste.

Great little coffee shop at The Vantage Row in To Kwan Wan. Had a perfect espresso macchiato and delicious chocolate & Nutella cookie there last summer. Had a sensational serving of pistachio terrine, one of the best desserts served in a local coffee shop in a long time. Small but atmospheric inside seating area with good light jazz music to enjoy while having your coffee and desserts.

A small and cozy coffee shop. Recommended their cucumber coffee, toasts and lemon muffin. Taste very good. Staff are friendly and they are helpful to recommend coffee and food to you if you need their advice. It is a good place to hang out with your bestie👍🏼
