Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong｜Blank Cafe

Frequented this place during my holiday to HK, their eggs benedict is superb! There is often a queue during lunch / holidays, but the staff have optimized the service quite well. My only idea for improvement would be to have a drip/pour over coffee option in addition to the espresso based drinks.

A small cosy restaurant, had the egg benedict and which the hollandaise sauce was really tasty!! Paired really well with the bacon and smoked salmon. The hojicha latte was very fragrant but a little grainy. Expect to wait for seats as its a small restaurant which only has 12 seats inside and 4 outside.

Generous portions and delicious! Highly recommend the vanilla spaghetti and slow-cooked beef bagel
