Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong｜Gwai Jyut

High class mixology by Mr Sky — tried the signature Hua Mulan, Yuzu Gimlet, then classics Daiquiri and Pampelle Negroni. All prepared to a T. Definitely be back to sample the full lineup + try the dinner menu. Real Sham Shui Po pearl.

Perfect neighborhood bar! There is a wide range of beers from Heroes, Carbon Brews, etc. During this trip I had Yardley Brother's Mango Sticky Mango and Thai Chili Getaway, and Heroes' VHHX, and Black Bottle Porter. All were unique in their own way but my top pick was the Mango Sticky Mango. The food was on point as well. I had the cross cut fries which were perfectly fried, the garlicky shrimp (think gambas), and the wings (you can ask for half honey garlic and spicy!!). Do drop by for a pint or two when you're in the neighborhood.

Really good service. The craft beer and specialty coffees amazing…perfect for a lazy afternoon or a night out.
