Wan Chai, Hong Kong｜梅之味 (灣仔)

Very good and indigenous Taiwan cuisine restaurant. What was ordered included beef noodle, deep fried oyster and Dan Dan noodle. What surprised me was that one could order foods (e.g. dumplings) from next shop, which belonged to the same boss.
