Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Amelia Hong Kong

It has been a while since our last meal at this restaurant, yet today we decided over lunch to come again and the food ordered is sublime and so well prepared. Excellent and charming service. Loved every minute there. Highly recommended.

Absolute delight to have found the restaurant. The service is brilliant and we don't even need to ask the waiter and they are already bringing new napkins as one was dropped on the floor. The view is good with harbour view. We have burrata salad to start and it tasted fresh and yum. Followed by spicy lobster spaghetti and short ribs. The spaghetti was spot on, not too chewy and not too soft. The lobster has a hint of smokiness but taste sweet & fresh. The short ribs just melts in your mouth. Presentation of food was great. Would definitely come back again. 29th July 2022: we were really lucky to get in and get the last table that they have outdoor. The service is good and waiter and waitress are very helpful and friendly. We ordered oyster chowder! Fresh and tasty. Then lobster spaghetti. Iberico pork and dessert. The portion is small but tasted yum. With the harbour city voucher, its worth it. It's a pity that the sky is not that clear. However a great place for alfresco dinning.

Dropped by for a weekend special lunch. Ordered the salmon steak as the main, with daily soup and appetizers ($268). Also top up for the cappuccino (+$20) and home-made Gelato (+$20). You could have a beautiful harbour view from almost all of the tables. The food quality was excellent. I particularly liked the pumpkin and carrots 🥕 soup and the Gelato. I didn't know exactly what the flavour of the Gelato, but it gave me a refreshing taste of honey and lime. It also left me an interesting aftertaste of irritation on my taste buds (more like the feel of eating the lemon skin). On a whole, I will give a recommendation to Amelia.
