It’s a highly satisfying dining experience for us. You can experience tastes that cannot be found elsewhere. The manager Ada also comes and explains the ingredients, special cooking methods and the stories behind for each dish, which adds another layer of experience besides pure dining. One of my favourite dishes is the Consommé with scallop. This tasteful clear soup is a rare find in other restaurants. Their Duck Leg Confit risotto is excellent, crispy on the outside and soft and tender in the inside, together with its special dipping sauce, it really is one of their signature dishes. Their Angus Beef Tenderloin also absorbed flavours of smoke, and is perfectly cooked. The Banana roti is highly enjoyable! Its simple yet deliciously made. Everything here is self made, from bread, soup broths, duck confit, dipping sauce, jam to pasta… You can feel that they are cooking with passion and every dish is a piece of art. Overall, I am glad I have stumbled upon this hidden gem of Hong Kong. It was a wonderful dinner and the chances of me returning for more is high. And yes, they do excellent birthday plates as well! Good for celebration! Thanks again for dinner.

My first private kitchen experience and it was amazing! If you want to try their lemony weekend French crossover Vietnamese cuisine at an affordable price, this place is definitely for you. My recommendation is to try their confit duck leg, and also the crispy pork belly 👍

We came for their set lunch on a weekday. The food was made with heart, all ingredients are natural, organic and consider to be environmental friendly before using. Really deserves a try!
