Wan Chai, Hong Kong｜Flagship

This little restaurant tucked at the end of the alleyway is a little gem. The food here is western food with chinese cuisin twist. For example, the steam clam added sichuan pepper, which elevate the dish to another level. We also ordered the pork chop and ribeye steak. Both dishes are seasoned very well and we especially love the grilled garlic, which melts in your mouth.

Really enjoyed coming here with my friends. Nice ambience for chatting. I really love the clams with the Szechuan pepper, definitely a brilliant combination, the spice left me wanting more and the clams were fresh. Also had the steak and my other favourite was the Thai Style Milk Tea creme brulee. The brulee was such a nice french and Thai dessert fusion and perfectly balanced!

This restaurant has become my favorite recently! I went there twice in a week! The vibes is good, staffs are friendly! Feeling like I am getting away from hk since the first step when I get into the entrance! I prefer the second floor which is a quiet and cozy place to chitchat and chill with friends :) Highly recommend it if you are looking for high quality food with reasonable price in Wan Chai.
