Wonton (see pic 3). Cheesecake+hojicha+chocolate nest is EXCELLENT. Must try. The delicate flavours and textures work well together. Fondant is home run for dessert lovers. I don't like dessert that much. But cheesecake worked for me. Wonton is the best.

Hidden away in an industrial building in Kwun Tong, Bros cuisine is a little gem just waiting to be discovered! On a weekday, this restaurant was packed with foodies, and for good reason. Starting with the main dishes, the Herbs Cheese Butter Chicken was cooked to perfection, with a rich and buttery sauce that had a delightful cheese-butter texture and flavor. The juicy and tender chicken combined with the decadent sauce made for an unforgettable dish. The Hormone-Free Chicken Lasagna was packed with flavor, but could've been a bit warmer. Despite that, the flavorful and aromatic herbs in the dish were a delightful surprise. The Handmade Pizza with Parma Ham was a symphony of flavors, with a crispy crust and generous toppings. Although a slightly thicker crust would've been preferred, the pizza was still delicious. And now, onto the desserts. The warm and gooey Chocolate Lava Cake was a true standout, with a rich and decadent chocolate center that flowed out upon cutting into the cake. The cake was paired perfectly with the creamy milk vanilla ice cream, creating a harmonious blend of textures and flavors. The Pistachio Bucket Cake was another creamy delight, with layers of pistachio crema and sponge cake. Every bite was a burst of nutty and sweet flavors that were perfectly balanced.

I really love this place. Great place to spend an evening with friends, the food is wonderful and reasonable priced. You should try their oyster if they offer, it was so good.
