Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜Kushiro

Phenomenal experience! Absolutely loved the kawa omakase lunch menu. The sushi chef Frank knew his stuff and was happy to talk to us about the menu, the ingredients and wanted to hear our thoughts on the dishes. Definitely get their kawa menu (~1700 before service fee) as it includes their signature abalone (so much umami) with abalone liver sauce, and uni bowl. As a huge uni lover I was wowed to see one uni dish, two uni sushis and one uni handrail, super satisfying experience!

Engaging presentation of the dishes by staff, clear explaination of what we were having. Sat at the bar so we were able to see the dishes being made.

Probably the best omakase experience I’ve had the pleasure of having. Amazing food and service
