A lovely Japanese fusion restaurant. The cuisine was excellent. I don't eat raw food, although the most of it was thoroughly cooked. The beef was tender and smokey in flavor. The service is excellent. A good wine list.

Amazing culinary experience. Waiters provided detailed explanations to the dishes, which helps diners to better experience each dish. The Taiyoran (egg) was one of the best poached/onsen egg I ever had, and was definitely the most memorable dish for the whole meal.

Some of the best dishes we’ve eaten in HK. The meat was phenomenal, I don’t know how they cook the lamb or beef but out of this world tender. The soup was also divine. Decent wine pairings, and about average pricing for the experience. Good service, very intimate setting only about 16 seats at the kitchen open style which is nice. Not as generous with the wine top ups or extra drinks as I’ve experienced at some other places for the money. Still a 5/5
