It's really delicious, and they have the discount lunch set even on weekends! They offer two types of sukiyaki sets, the individual portion is pre-cooked in a pot, while the two-person set allows you to cook it yourself like hot pot. However, even for the pre-cooked set, they put the beef on just before serving, so it doesn't get overcooked. We decided to go with the individual set since the two-person set doesn't include A3 wagyu beef. We tried the Japanese A3 black-haired wagyu for $288 and the rare cut of Japanese black-haired wagyu for $218. The portion of beef is generous, unlike some shabu-shabu dishes with only two pieces of meat and a large amount of vegetables. I found the black-haired wagyu to have a stronger beef flavor, while the A3 was more tender. Both types of beef were very tender, without any noticeable difference in taste. The set also includes soup, and drinks, as well as steamed egg and milk pudding, which were smooth and tasty. The seating environment is very comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service.

We had a great sukiyaki dinner at Hana. The meats were cooked in front of us by the staff, who took great care and attention with their work. The skewers were also very well made and carefully grilled.
