Kwai Chung, Hong Kong｜Wannam Siu Wok Noodle

My girlfriend and I have been regulars since 2020. We literally drive out to eat here once a week for spicy Mixian. I have looked for other soup bases like they do here across Hong Kong and Toronto but it simply doesn't exist. They have the meanest soup in Hong Kong. Simply love their noodles and hospitality.

Typically I’m not a fan of Yunnan noodles but this one blew my mind. The combination of the shredded chicken and spicy soup was genius!

I travel one hour each way twice a week just to eat here. Friendly staff and yummy noodles!
