Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong｜TamJai Yunan Mixian (Humphreys Avenue)

Went there alone and had lunch. Services are nice and so friendly. Tried their 酸辣 soup with basic spicy not bad. It's my first time had the 米線 but I personally prefer the texture of Vietnamese 米線.

One of the must try restaurant brand in Hong Kong. It’s not something fancy, but this brand is well-known among Hong Kongese for many years. It’s a bowl of broth noodle with rich flavour, affordable price, maybe somehow reflecting local culture in the way of serving and cooking. Remember to bring your own napkin as they don’t provide it XD

Good noodles, quite big portion, open late, always good locations. A place to go when you want en easy meal !
