Mong Kok, Hong Kong｜Mom's Dry Noodles (The FOREST)

My local friend recommended this place as I love Taiwanese food. I tried the braised beef tendon & shank noodles accompanied by golden monk fruit sea coconut tea.Furthermore I also ordered the sweet potato fries as a side dish.The noodles were cooked perfectly with nice succulent beef and tasty broth. The drink was refreshing and had the natural sweetness of the golden monk fruit. Lastly the sweet potatoes were sweet and crispy. It is a great way to finish the meal.I will definitely be back again and bring friends to try.

This restaurant in The Forest is very new and spacious. I would recommend trying the noodles in soup and fried chicken.
