Kwun Tong, Hong Kong｜Phở Lệ (APM)

Everytime I come here there is always a long line waiting for this pho. Why? Because it is by far the best valued and best tasting pho in HK so far. The soup is rich with unami flavour, and full of collagen suggesting lots of bones, tendons and beef were stewed together to make this broth (and not the usual MSG based soup). They also offer appetisers for the local taste buds like fried chicken wings which you probably won't find in Vietnam but is definitely worth ordering as well after queuing up for so long. Don't be deterred by the long line, it is well worth the wait!

It’s really really yummy pho. You have to squeeze the lemon and add the juice into the soup. The beef are fresh and really taste and the noodle are superb. The fried spring rolls were not bad. All of these explained why there are always long queue. Will defo come visit again. Best pho in town

Have meal here multiple times as this is one of the busy restaurant during lunch hours. Tasty and fresh food. Thank you team
