West District, Chiayi City｜阿信美食

This is the brightest spot in this section of the night market. The food was quite amazing, and the owner was super sweet and friendly. We had clamp soup, Taiwanese sausage, braised pork rice and minced pork rice. The dishes came with small portions which allowed us to sample more dishes. This is a pure local Taiwanese street food experience!

Summary: Located on Zhongzheng Road in Chiayi City, although it is a nightclub, it is always crowded with people. Transportation: There are many shops at the corner of Zhongzheng Road and Wenhua Road. They are all popular shops and there are always a lot of customers. If you want to come by car, you may have to park in the parking lot of Zhongshan Road or West Market (opening hours are subject to discussion) , Zhongzheng Road will be closed late at night if the motorcyclists go there. You can almost park in front of the store, or park in the surrounding alleys, but remember not to stall for residents to come and go. Food: There are many kinds of food, not to mention chicken rice and stewed pork rice, seafood porridge, bento, and side dishes are very rich. I ate seafood porridge after tasting it many times: a bowl is only 70, and the ingredients are substantial. The clams are quite big and full of umami. Although it is a [rice soup] type of porridge, the texture of the rice grains is still very clear and will not be mushy. Together, the ingredients include fish balls, squid, oysters, and hot pot ingredients. It’s quite a big bowl, and a boy can be full~~ Summary: Good choices from snacks to big night snacks, it is very convenient to ride a motorcycle, and the boss is very fast. It takes about 5 minutes to get the item. Maybe the boss won't do it
