Yuanlin City, Changhua County｜長生塩人 員林

So I have been coming to this restaurant for a while. I usually review my first impressions, but it was so incredible that I thought “let me try it again”. The simple reason being often times the second time it doesn’t live up to the billing. Well it did the second time and the third time and the time I ordered the take away. This restaurant has been very consistent in their food quality and freshness. The Chef has been incredible in regards to the concern for my seafood allergy and they remember every time without me having to say anything. They didn’t just leave it out. They simply placed it in my girlfriends food (which she loves). The restaurant is “first come, first serve”. This is amazing as it gives everyone a fair chance and if the place is packed and the line is long, there is no need for concern as the wait is not that long. We were lucky to have the restaurant to ourselves for five minutes, I believe on our fifth visit to the restaurant, but the people gathered outside before we knew it. They have a wonderful ordering system, but just wish they had an english version to their menu or ordering system. It is very affordable, but the quality and the taste is worth 10 times the price. I highly recommend this place.
