A ramen store with traditional Japan style. And it opens till the midnight, convenient for people get off work late. You have to order through the ticket vendor machine, then get seated. You can choose the salty level which Japanese use to or Taiwanese do. The soup tastes awesome 👍

super delicious Store tastes are divided into Japan and Taiwan In Japan, the soup is thicker and the noodles are harder In Taiwan, the soup is lighter and the noodles are softer I ate it twice and chose Japanese taste The noodles are delicious The store has chicken soup-flavored soup, which is not bad. And char siu also has pork char siu and chicken char siu A slight burn on the surface is a plus Chicken Char Siu and Chicken Soup are a perfect match In addition, the limited flavor of Beijing Duck Ramen in May 2018 is delicious It's a chicken soup soup with duck char siew Plus oranges (or is it grapefruit?) and lots of onions super delicious

Really nice ramen store, just like to be in Japan because the flavor, taste of noodle and Chashu pork were exactly the same as what I had in Japan which make me surprise. But if you don’t get used to the strong taste of Japanese ramen then you can have Taiwanese style which is lighter. Tsukemen was great and I love that, price is affordable as well, many students were there for dinner. Chashu pork rice was okay but the ramen is more recommended.
