Jincheng Township, Kinmen County｜光頭廚房

This is my favorite restaurant in Kinmen. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the portions are large, especially if you get the free extra portion of rice and curry. I recommend the stewed beef or pork curries with the added egg. The fried fish is also very good. My one suggestion is that the restaurant should change or remove the English translation of their name “Skinhead Kitchen” from their signs and shirts. I realize this is likely a mistranslation and they are unaware of the racist connotations of the word “skinhead” but I think it would be better to use a different word. “Bald-head kitchen” or “Barehead kitchen” would both be less offensive.

The curry is super delicious, worth eating
