A street food cart owned by two mid-age couple for the past 40 years. It is located at the corner Zhong Hua St 313 Xiang. The food cart is located under the Nan Ji Chang Night Market store number 73. I found out about this place due to my husband, who grew up around this area. This place is a must, we visit this store every time we come back to Taiwan. It's probably the best around here. My relatives live in Taipei and they didn't know about this place, once they tried it they fell in love with it. The store opens at 1:30 sharp till they sell out. The owner is very friendly and kind, they chat with us while we wait for the food to be prepared! The line has always been long. Always have to wait at least 1 hr. until your turn.
