I thought my favourite fowl meat was duck, until I came here. Now my favourite meat is goose! This place is known for its goose dishes and noodle soups and everything is amazing. The appetizers are fresh and comforting, like the goose intestines and bamboo shoots. And the soup is hot and delicious. The goose kidney is a must try! But the star of the show is goose meat, you will fall in love after the first bite! This place is a must visit!

The best boiled goose in town! Especially, the intestines are sold out very quick!! You can call to reserve for the intestines. I ordered the thin vermicelli soup noodle. The soup is umami and go well with the meat and noodle but I would say I love the thick one more. Both of noodle are good depend of one's favor. Feet and other entrails are fresh also. Reasonable price to come often.
