I am not a one bowl meal kind of guy. But this is one fabulous bowl of goodness which I can't get enough of. Everything there has been separately stewed to perfection. Not overly salty. A faint aroma of the soya sauce and spices used. Everything put together in perfect harmony on fluffy white local rice with just a slight drizzle of the cooking liquid.

They offer quite nice typical Taiwanese food. Side dishes have a good variety and are all delicious. I like their marinated pork rib and marinated pig leg meat.
