Taitung City, Taitung County｜寶桑小吃（寶桑蚵嗲）

One if my favorite things us fried oyster cake and this is definitely one of the good ones. Everything was fried to perfection, crispy and just cooked perfectly. The oysters were small but very good and the nira was flavorful. They give you a big bowl of dipping sauce with a 30NT fried oyster cake. Yum. No stomach problems after 6 hours, will return.

The different types of tempuras here are super tasty!! Really nice frying skills and really savory sauce. Strongly recommend fried oyster tempura (it has sprouts and chives inside also). The pork chop, chive, sweet potato, and squid tempuras are also really delicious. There are original and spicy sauce. I personally prefer spicy
