Very unique rice dishes

We came here a month or two ago but it was closed. So I called before we came to make sure they are open. The stirred fried thick rice noodle was cooked perfectly, an authentic, rare Hakka dish, nowadays. It’s a little shop but very fancy, clean and very nice. A great place to try the rare thick rice noodle, a Hakka ingredient which was cooked mainly fur farmers during breaks back then. It can be stirred fried, with soup or even with shaved rice as a yummy icy sweet.

The rice tame ice is delicious and unique
