The rice noodle soup that I have been tracking since the beginning of preparation is finally open! I have been looking forward to this store that comes to Hsinchu from Taipei (I am a big fan of rice noodle soup) The rice noodles are made of fine rice noodles (originally thought they were thick) with fried scallions and dried shrimps inside. In fact, I don’t usually eat heavy salty rice. In terms of taste, it is a bit too light in my opinion. I suggest that it be cooked in bone soup. If you can make some adjustments to the time and seasoning, it will definitely taste better! The side dishes of fried tofu and liver are also delicious, come on!
