This design is quite convenient. Went in and ordered a bowl of braised pork rice, mixed noodles, and the signature Taichung meatballs here! Taichung meatballs🥢 I personally like it quite a bit. Compared to the local meatballs in Hsinchu in the city, they are a bit tenderer and the sauce is different. I don’t know if Dongquan (?) is used, but to be honest, I haven’t eaten it in Taichung, so I don’t know. I don’t know if it’s authentic or not, but it’s pretty delicious. Comprehensive noodles 🥢 It contains oysters, large intestines, and meat soup. There’s nothing to be picky about in terms of taste. It’s delicious! Nothing wrong with it! Braised Pork Rice🥢 I personally don’t like braised pork rice, not because of the taste, but because it is lean meat. I personally think it is more like pork rice, because when I eat braised pork rice, I must eat a lot of fat. Meat! If it doesn’t burn, it should be called meat rice! Overall it's pretty good!
