Amazing fried cabbage buns that are stuffed with wonderfully soft cabbage, mushrooms, and glass noodles. The sweet chili sauce you can spoon on at the end is the perfect topping! Felt like a steal because they were so filling and only 50 NTD. The buying process is a little unique—you grab your own bun and put the money in front of him as he keeps making them (and take your change as needed). Highly rec!!

There seems to always be a lineup but it goes by quick and they're really efficient. They make you pay and get your own change, as well as get your own bun. It's oily but come on its deep-fried, what do you expect right? To me it was really good, filled with a lot of cabbage and veggies in general and on the peppery side, and only 40 NT. Would recommend.

If you like crispy chips and hot buns, this is for you! Deep fried vegetable bun with a slice of chips to go with it. One large bun to fill your tummy for the whole afternoon. Remember to add their medium spicy sauce to lift that flavour profile!
