When I was a kid, my grandma would often take me to eat at the noodle stall when she returned to Hsinchu from Taipei. Now the business is getting more and more prosperous. My favorite is dry lath. The red sauce is really my favorite and a memory from my childhood. It’s really delicious and very cheap. , the landlady is very polite.
