A new find for me, this another fine place for people who appreciate clean and fresh and delicious pork offal dishes served with a bowl of Taipei Rice Noodle Soup. I ordered Cui Guan (esophagus), Zhu She (tongue), and Gu Tou Rou (meat near bone), and added tofu and sweet potato leaves for balanced nutrition, and it was a fantastic meal. The meat cuts are simply cleaned and boiled and served with fresh ginger slices, and you then dip them in your choice of sauces such as plum sauce, wasabi, soy sauce, and chilli sauce. This rice noodle soup is from San Chong in Taipei and has little fermented shrimp in the broth that give it a unique and wonderful flavor.
