Located on Jiang Highway in Dajia District, in the middle of the Jiang Highway Night Market, the store’s signature delicacies are Angelica Duck Noodles and Angelica Pig’s Knuckle Noodles. The Angelica soup is not too bland and you can taste the salt seasoning. There are about 4 to 5 pieces of meat in a bowl. Part of it is chewy (skin), and part of it melts in your mouth. The noodles are about a handful, not much. The above three items are the signature duck meat with angelica. The contents of the noodles are quite delicious. This store is inside a night market, so parking is not easy. If a car cannot park on the roadside, a motorcycle can be parked in front of the store. A great place to stop by after a swim at nearby Dajia or Daan Beach, this family-run, 40-plus-year old restaurant has wonderful Angelica Root Soup (Dang Gui Tang) with your choice of duck meat. I chose the heart, gizzard, and liver soup and it was fabulous. Also, their pig's feet are absolutely delicious, and always remember to order some greens for a balanced meal.
